Senior Full-Stack Developer (JavaScript)

Specific-Group Software Solutions develops custom software solutions for corporate clients and has offices in Lithuania, Austria, Germany, Italy, Slovakia and USA. For doing this we have sales and service divisions in the local markets and development centers in Belarus (Minsk and Grodno).

Currently we are seeking for a Senior Full-stack Developer to join fast-growing team located in Minsk.

Partner description: Enterprise-wide financial institution integrating lots of big banks via collecting, validating, storing, analyzing data and processing a big number of transactions. The goal is to build a state-of-the-art banking architecture with scalable, flexible and data-driven technology stack

Responsibilities:

  • Proactive participation in requirement analysis, solution design and implementation phases of project lifecycle
  • Implementation of new functionality, design of new modules and components, integration with existing products
  • Prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle
  • Ongoing performance optimization, code refactoring, code review
  • Direct communication with stakeholders and technical experts on customer side
  • Proven experience and ability to estimate work

Required skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Frontend Development
  • Perfect knowledge in Node.js / JavaScript / HTML5 / CSS
  • Experience with Blink, Google Firestone, Google Firebase, Google BigQuery is a big plus
  • Experience in Typescript, Bootstrap Ajax, Less, SPA
  • Communication - able to moderate discussions, drive decisions, motivate colleagues to achieve results with and without PM
  • Experience participating in the full lifecycle of projects, including version control, build management, unit testing, and issue tracking software
  • Strong experience with package management tools like WebPack, npm, yarn, others, experience in creation of Frontend Application build pipelines
  • Strong understanding of REST API concept, experience with OpenAPI/Swagger
  • Understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and design patterns
  • Experience with Docker, cloud (Azure/AWS) is a big plus
  • Experience in communication with backend team
  • Ability to collect, document and estimate technical requirements
  • Experience in solution design creation
  • Strong experience with development test automation: unit-, integration-, system-, functional-, non-functional- and other testing
  • Drive to results - solution-oriented mindset, eager to knowledge, responsibility ownership
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a cross-functional distributed team
  • Proactive position is a ‘must-have’
